Bus and group transport guide

Compare public buses with privately arranged group transport according to the journey, luggage and support you need. The cheapest fare and the easiest trip are not always the same choice.

For a public bus journey

Confirm the correct departure point, route, destination stop, service type and current fare locally. Ask about luggage handling and whether you will need a connection before setting off.

For a private group vehicle

Provide the full passenger count, luggage, pickup points and mobility needs. Ask for the actual vehicle class, seating layout, air conditioning, driver arrangements and space for bags.

Compare the complete route

A group itinerary needs time for boarding, breaks and unloading as well as driving. Confirm parking or access restrictions at the accommodation and planned stops.

Record the operating terms

Check the service period, mileage basis, tolls, parking, driver accommodation where applicable and overtime. Keep a named contact and an agreed procedure for changes.
