The official ETA portal carries current notices, eligibility information and the application route. Read the notice that applies to your passport and travel purpose. Do not assume that a fee waiver removes the need for travel authorisation.
Check your own circumstances
Confirm passport validity, permitted stay, entry conditions, supporting documents and any special application procedure directly with immigration. A tourism itinerary does not establish eligibility to work, study or undertake another activity.
Keep the application record
Enter personal details exactly as they appear in your travel document. Save the application reference, acknowledgement, payment receipt where applicable, and approval. Recheck the details before departure.
Extensions and changed plans
Use the immigration authority’s current process if your planned stay changes. Ask the authority or your airline about uncertain entry circumstances; a travel directory cannot approve an application or guarantee admission.
